About Horse Rescue Outreach, Inc.

We want to introduce ourselves. Our mission and intention is to provide the means for other rescues and individuals that are in need of emergency assistance. We will utilize our experience and the funds we are able to raise with your help to provide a source of relief for those in need. In addition, we will take on animals in need on a limited basis at our Red Bluff facility for rehab, retrain and rehoming. We can do all of this only with your help!

Each of the board members have their own experience and expertise to provide. Our President has a lifelong history of rescuing animals of all kinds and horses in particular. Our Vice President has personally been rescuing animals for nearly 40 years. Twenty years ago she began fundraising and aiding other rescues with her training and rehab skills. She also continued to do this for individuals and continues to do it in addition to being a part of this rescue. Our treasurer has over 40 years working with non-profits and all mammals. Our secretary has over 40 years working with all animals. We have all committed to this organization and what it was intended to provide.

We are here to work with and provide relief for rescues and individuals that have found themselves in a situation that requires it. With current cost increases of everything across the board, we will seek out the most feasible resources available. This might be providing payment for transport, euthanasia costs, other medical emergency costs, or feed cost. We are here to make a difference in the animals rescue world.
